Winter Oyster Mushrooms

I was inspired by a perfect stack of these edible mushrooms I found in the city of Indianapolis. I wanted to recreate this moment by making this very limited and special edition series. Winter oysters are one of my favorite mushrooms to forage in the winter and one of the only edible winter mushrooms. They range in a variety of colors, but I wanted to give them more of a gray blue hue. I created this series because I wanted whomever cherishes one of them to feel like they are right there with me, seeing the most beautiful and perfect stack of winter oyster mushrooms.
